Returns Policy
At lifesstylesports.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it in accordance with our returns policy.
How to Return an Item
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Process: To initiate a return, please log in to your account and follow the returns process. If you checked out as a guest, contact our customer service team for assistance.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.
