How to Return an Item

  1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  2. Process: To initiate a return, please log in to your account and follow the returns process. If you checked out as a guest, contact our customer service team for assistance.
  3. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Underwear, socks, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Gift cards

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Return Shipping
